After four previous inadequate programs, designed a program with cross-department participation to understand data usage patterns across the enterprise. Worked closely with stakeholders to design a data governance program that was right-fit to be minimilistic but to support the enterprise's advanced security requirements and transformation programs.
Designed the data governance playbook in a 12-week program and followed up with an 8-week initial adoption and mobilization effort.
