A global client was leveraging its IT BPO disparately across its IT organization. Assisted this client in their captive unit design to offshore IT roles to India and work as an IT management function with its BPO. Worked to design key shared services at the captive to improve application and data component reuseability and improve consistency in the overall technology product capabilities.
Held multiple interviews with IT leaders and working sessions with the leadership and executive groups to align on organizational structure, roles and responsibilities, and operating model between US operations, captive operations, and BPO responsibilities.
