Worked with the North America units for a global industrial company to strategize the reconfiguration of their Mexico manufacturing and distribution to unlock $100M+ of tax credits and savings. The project required examining logistics, legal, HR, and technology changes to support the financial benefit.
The team traveled to multiple client facilities in Mexico to detail the current processes and target state change requirements. Impacts to operations were also analyzed. The net business impact case was presented to key executives including the North America President and Global CFO.
Technology requirements, prototypes, and production plans were designed to support the Oracle system changes required in final production and distribution to qualify armslength processes.
