Worked with a global private equity firm over a number of months to review common operational and technology value creation opportunities. Worked close with operating partners and deal team members to draft a playbook that identifies target company opportunties, initiative considerations, and risks and tracks this as the company onboards to the portfolio or integrates into another portfolio company.
The playbook is industry-customizable and mapped industry-specific capablity models to middle-office & back-office operations, automations and AI, program & technology development, data architecture & systems, Cloud and infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
The playbook was tested initially with a handful of portfolio companies and grew in coverage over time.
